# Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions.

## Spoofer / Setup Issues

**Defender keeps turning back on**\
→ Use dControl and make sure Tamper Protection is disabled first.

**RustDesk connection is laggy**\
→ Disable VPN, close bandwidth-heavy apps, ensure both sides have good upload speed.

## After Spoof

**RAID array not detected during Windows install**\
→ Double-check driver load order (rcbottom → rcraid → rccfg). Open a ticket with screenshots if it still fails.

**Windows activation fails**\
→ Run `Set-ExecutionPolicy -Bypass -Scope Process` then retry the activated.win command.

## STRONG Pro

**No NDI source / black screen**\
→ Confirm NDI Runtime + DistroAV are installed, firewall allows NDI, and the main PC is actually streaming.

**Capture is stretched or cropped**\
→ Use the Fix Capture page (Reset Transform + Center to Screen).

**Hotkey connection fails**\
→ OBS must be running on the main PC. Restart both Hotkey.exe and the Hotkey tab.
